Q: What is needed the day you guys are supposed to start?
A: Every appliances and furniture on the floors that’s being sanded should be moved out of the way before we arrive so we can sand every sq/ft necessary. The floors should be ready for us to sand, if we didn’t charge you for any prep work or moving furniture, we shouldn’t be doing any prep work or moving of furniture before we start sanding.
Q: We just bought the house and currently have no electrical power.
A: There isn’t much we can do without electrical power unless you want to rent us a commercial generator that cost’s about $300.00 per day plus fuel needed for it.

Q: Do you give military discounts?
A: Having a father that fought in the Vietnam War and lost a couple of his toes during combat and a brother that bravely signed up to fight right after 9/11. I am forever grateful for what they and all the other heroes went through. It takes a lot of guts and courage to do what you are doing or did for our country.
I appreciate what our servicemen and women are doing here and overseas. So if you are either an active military personnel or have served our country, please mention it.

Q: Will my old floors look new?
A: Depending on your floors age and condition, it could.. But let’s be realistic, if your floors has a lot of scratches/gouges or dark stains from water or pet urine.. Don’t count on it.. It will look a lot better after we sand and coat it, but not new. Old pet or water stains will get lighter but will still be noticeable. Please do note that results will vary.. There are times that stains will get sanded out and times where the damage is too much.
Q: What if I don’t want the pet or water stains to remain?
A: The best option’s is to either have your whole floors stained Jacobean or darker and if you don’t want dark floors, you can have us do board replacements at an additional charge.
